North Cascades Scenic Highway

Washington

The North Cascades Scenic Highway (SR-20) is Washington’s official route for the Harley-Davidson 50 Rides Challenge. This 121-mile ride stretches from Sedro-Woolley to Washington Pass, taking riders through the heart of the North Cascades with towering mountain peaks, crystal-clear alpine lakes, evergreen forests, and breathtaking scenery. Highlights include Diablo Lake, Ross Lake, and Washington Pass, making this one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier motorcycle rides.

The official Harley-Davidson checkpoint is the North Cascades National Park sign located at Washington Pass, along SR-20. Stop at the North Cascades National Park sign for your official Harley-Davidson 50 Rides Challenge checkpoint photo before continuing your ride. No entrance fee is required for this checkpoint.
