Meet Cutman
Retired U.S. Army Black Hawk Pilot • Motorcycle Traveler
Exploring America’s best motorcycle roads and sharing unforgettable adventures.

My Journey
My name is Ronnie “Cutman” Hutchins, and my life has been built around service, leadership, and adventure.
I proudly served more than 20 years in the U.S. Army as a Black Hawk helicopter pilot. Today, I combine my passion for motorcycling, travel, and storytelling to help fellow riders discover great roads, unforgettable destinations, and dependable gear through real-world experience.
Why I Started
The Common
Road Traveler
I created The Common Road Traveler to inspire riders to take the scenic route, discover hidden gems, and experience America one mile at a time.
Whether it’s a cross-country ride to Alaska, the rugged coast of Newfoundland, or a local backroad close to home, every ride has a story worth sharing. My goal is to help fellow riders discover unforgettable roads, great local restaurants, and the adventures waiting around the next bend.
